Jennifer Stites has worked in the software engineering industry since 2006. Jennifer began their career at IBM as a Software Engineer in 2006, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters from 2007-2016. Jennifer then moved to Terrain Digital as a Senior Project Manager in 2016, before becoming a Senior Product Engineer at BankPoint in 2017.

Jennifer Stites received their Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of Mathematics from Hardin-Simmons University in 2006. Jennifer then started a Masters in Mathematics and Computer Science at Texas Woman's University.
