Pabitra Chakrabarty has worked in various roles since 2004. Pabitra began their career at Spanco BPO as a Team Leader in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Bharat BPO Services Limited as an Assistant Manager of Operations. A year later, they joined AEGIS BPO Services (Gurgaon) Limited in the same role. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Operations at HomeShop18. In 2014, they moved to Home Credit India as a Manager of Operations. In 2018, they became a Deputy Manager of Operations at PaisaBazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited. In 2019, they worked as a Manager of Operations and Sales at magicpin (Samast Technologies). Currently, they are working as a Manager of Operations and Vendor Support at BankOnUs.
Pabitra Chakrabarty has completed an Executive Management Development Program from IIM Kozikode in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Marketing from NIS Delhi between 1998 and 2000. Pabitra also completed a BCom - Bachelor of Commerce from Utkal University between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Junior Odyssey Program from Home Credit India in 2017, COPC from Aegis in 2009, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Home Credit In-house training.
