Rachel Henley serves as the Human Resources Director at Boucoup since November 2023 and has held multiple roles within BankingON, including Director of Human Resources since December 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Specialist and Executive Assistant. At Florida State University - Dedman College of Hospitality, Rachel was Program Coordinator, advising students on undergraduate programs, and previously worked as a Senior College Life Coach, mentoring undergraduate students. Rachel's early career included roles as Administrative Associate to the Dean at Florida State University, Business Dining Assistant at Thomson Reuters, Resident Assistant, and Private Events Assistant at ClupCorp, as well as Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Eastern Florida State College.
