Sebastian Costa has held various positions in the IT industry since 2010. Sebastian began their career with an internship at the Ministerio de Energía y Recursos Naturales No Renovables, where they worked as an IT Help Desk Intern. In 2012, they became an IT Infrastructure Manager at Bmind. In 2014, they worked as an IT Specialist Project Manager at Banco Pichincha and a Senior Presales Consultant at GMS Seguridad de la Información. From 2016 to 2021, they held the positions of Key Account Manager and Presales Specialist at EC Solutions - Grupo Ecuacopia. Most recently, Sebastian has been a Business Development Manager at Bankingly since 2022.

Sebastian Costa obtained their degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Universidad de Las Américas (EC) in 2015. In 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Diploma of Education in Innovación Comercial from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Internacional SEK from 2007 to 2010, also studying Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition to their formal education, Sebastian has obtained numerous certifications, such as Entrenamiento Intensivo en Prospección y Ventas Sandler Training from Sandler Training in 2022, COBIT 2019 Foundation from ISACA in 2021, Introducción al mundo de las negociaciones from Coursera in 2020, and Microsoft Certified Professional MCP from Microsoft in 2012.
