Pat Horne has a significant amount of work experience in banking. They are currently working as the SVP and Chief Credit Officer at Bankers' Bank since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at CIBC US from December 2013 to September 2023. Pat also worked as an SVP at Associated Bank from September 2008 to December 2013, and as a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Bank from September 2006 to January 2008. Before that, they served as a VP at FifthThird Bank from April 2000 to September 2006, and as a VP at Harris Bank from 1986 to 2000.

Pat Horne received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and History from Lake Forest College, which was completed between 1982 and 1986. This was followed by an MBA degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Chicago, which was obtained between 1989 and 1992.
