Rony Bazouny has over 18 years of work experience in the IT industry. Rony is currently working as the Head of IT Infrastructure at Bankers Assurance SAL, where they are responsible for designing, building, implementing, and managing servers of different operating systems. Rony also handles the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of internal and third-party applications.

Prior to their current role, Rony worked at Domtech as a Technical/Service Manager and later as a Technical Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for handling customer complaints, maintaining good relationships with customers, and improving service methods to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Rony also supervised the IT team, improved technology systems and network infrastructure, and maintained a service desk.

Rony also has experience working as a Senior Technical Engineer at Domtech and Teletrade Computer Systems. In these roles, they designed and implemented network infrastructure, managed and maintained servers, provided support for software and hardware systems, and completed IT projects from conception to completion.

Furthermore, Rony worked as a Project Manager at Nokia/Multilane, where they planned, organized, and directed the center service. Rony was responsible for communication, risk management, issue escalation, and conflict resolution within the team.

Rony Bazouny attended Sagesse Brasilia Hadath from 1982 to 1996, where they completed their high school education in the field of Sciences exp. Rony then went on to study at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 1996 to 2003. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus on Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
