Michael Dodulik began their career in 1998 as a Welder at Dodco Inc. In 2009, they joined Banker Wire as a Sales Account Manager. Michael then became the Welded Products Department Manager and Drawline Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the entire welded department and wire drawing department, scheduling and planning with sales and shift supervisors, and preparing pre-production and post-production paperwork. Michael then moved into the role of Process Engineer and New Product Development, where they looked for ways to establish lean manufacturing practices in existing processes. Finally, they served as the Welded Products Department Supervisor, managing production in every aspect, from pre-production forms and blueprints to employee placement and overtime scheduling.

Michael Dodulik attended Greendale High School, followed by Milwaukee Area Technical College, where they studied Blue Print reading, MiG & TiG welding, and Tool & Die.
