Pedro Fernandes has a rich work experience in the technology industry. Pedro started their career at Gatewit in 2014, where they worked as a Software Developer until 2015. Pedro then joined OLX Group as a Backend Engineer, serving from 2015 to 2018. Pedro continued their journey with OLX Group as a Site Reliability Engineer until 2019. Pedro then moved to Lifesum in 2019 and held the role of Site Reliability Engineer until 2022. Currently, Pedro works at Banked as a Senior Platform Engineer, starting from September 2022.

Pedro Fernandes pursued their education from 2011 to 2014 at the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, where they completed a degree in Computer Science and Networks. In addition to their formal education, Pedro has obtained additional certifications in the field. In November 2018, they became a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer through the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation). Later, in November 2021, Pedro completed an Intensive Kubernetes course offered by Ardan Labs Education.
