Maja Milojkovic has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the Head of Personnel and Education Section and Human Resources Consultant at Banka Slovenije since February 2018. Prior to this role, Maja worked as an Education Consultant at Kadis d.o.o. from January 2015 to February 2018, delivering coaching, lectures, and workshops. Maja's earlier experience includes positions as Lecturer, Head of Education, NLP Coach, and Learning Coach at Inštitut za nevro-lingvistično programiranje from August 2008 to January 2015, as well as an Assistant at Vaš partner in 2007-2008, where Maja created competency job profiles for large companies in Slovenia. Maja earned a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Ljubljana (2004-2008) and completed high school at Gimnazija Kranj (1999-2004).
