Randy Hix possesses extensive experience in technical support and installation, currently serving as an ATM Software Specialist at Bank Tec South since November 2016. In this role, Randy specializes in Aptra Edge software for NCR SelfServ ATMs, managing installations, maintenance, and hardware upgrades, including Skim Protection Systems and Scalable Deposit Modules. Previously, Randy worked as a Field Service Engineer at Unisys from May 2010 to April 2016, providing field services for CapitalOne banking locations, as well as at Sage Software Healthcare Division from September 2005 to May 2010, supporting physicians' offices in hardware and software implementations. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Georgia State University, earned from 1983 to 1987.
