Fatmawati Thali has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across several financial institutions and service-oriented companies. Currently serving in sales marketing at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. since June 2021, Fatmawati also holds a secretarial position at Bank SBI Indonesia, responsible for managing executive operations and needs. Since November 2015, Fatmawati has been working as a Customer Service Representative at State Bank of India, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring adherence to policies.
