Tariyel Ismayilov currently serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Bakı Sığorta and has been the CEO of Bank Respublika OJSC since April 2019. With a robust background in financial services, Tariyel Ismayilov previously held various leadership roles at AccessBank Azerbaijan, including Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Business Officer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing micro lending initiatives and managing multiple branches in the western region. Tariyel Ismayilov began their career at Micro Finance Bank of Azerbaijan, progressing from a Loan Officer to Branch Manager. Academically, Tariyel Ismayilov holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Management from the National Aviation Academy and a PhD in the Economics and Management of the National Economy from Azerbaijan Technological University.
