Novi Satya Cahyadi is a professional with extensive experience in people development and training. Currently serving as a People Development Officer at PT Bank Panin Tbk since April 2014, Novi focuses on enhancing employee skills and competencies. Prior to this role, Novi worked at PT Sinar Continental as a Staff Training (HRD) from October 2013 to March 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and updating organizational structures. Earlier experience includes teaching at Gamaliel School from January 2011 to November 2013. Novi holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, completed in 2013.
