Immaculate Nakato is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Unit Open Market Operations at the Bank of Uganda, where responsibilities include developing and implementing money market policies, managing cash forecasting and liquidity management, and guiding banks in accessing credit facilities. Previously, Immaculate held the position of Head of Unit Information Security, focusing on information security policy implementation and risk management. Immaculate also worked as an Investment Analyst at Yaatra Ventures, conducting financial analysis and due diligence on syndication opportunities. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Capital Markets from The George Washington University, an M.B.A. in International Business from Amity University, a Diploma in Risk Management from KPMG Sweden, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Makerere University.
