Grace Patricio has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Grace worked as the Vice President / Learning and Development Officer at Bank of Stockton from 2006. Prior to that, they were the Director - Learning and Development at Union Safe Deposit Bank (now Bank of the West) from 2001 to 2005. Grace also worked at Philippine Airlines, where they held various roles including Manager - Center for Customer Management in 1997 and Supervisor for Training and Development from 1990 to 1997. At Philippine Airlines, they designed, developed, and delivered training programs for management and frontline staff, coached and developed trainers, and played a key role in energizing employees to consistently provide positive customer service experience.
