Suzanne Benton has a strong background in the banking industry, with a focus on branch management and retail operations. Suzanne started their career at Central Carolina Bank in 1998 as an Assistant Manager, and later joined SunTrust Bank in 2001 as a Branch Manager. In 2005, they moved to The Bank of Oak Ridge, where they held multiple roles including Retail Operations Manager and Branch Manager. Suzanne currently holds the position of Branch Manager / Vice President at The Bank of Oak Ridge.

Suzanne Benton obtained their bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between the years 1988 and 1992.
