Emily Matrakas possesses extensive experience in customer service and workforce management within the financial sector. Currently serving as a WFM Coordinator and previously as a Client Service Associate at Pinnacle Financial Partners since August 2017, Emily has also contributed to BNC Bank as a Customer Care Center Specialist since November 2016. Prior to these roles, Emily spent over seven years at High Point Bank as a Customer Care Center Agent. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earned between 2004 and 2008.
