Sarah Falanitule has a diverse work experience with positions in various companies. Sarah began their career as a Senior Consultant Transaction Tax at Ernst & Young from February 2007 to May 2012. Sarah then joined ANZ in May 2012, assuming roles such as Relationship Associate, Home Loan Credit Policy Manager, Digital Tools Manager, and Senior Product Manager for Home Loans. In January 2019, they transitioned to Bank of New Zealand, where they held the positions of Head of Proposition - Home Lending Tribe and Head of Home Lending Product.

Sarah Falanitule attended The University of Auckland from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in LLB/BA, with a focus on Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they attended King's College from 1999 to 2000 and St Cuthberts from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained the Interchange - BNZ Future Ready Leader certification from Tech Futures Lab in December 2019.
