Andrii Melanchik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrii began their career in 2007 as a Manager at Master for an Hour, a service that connects clients with repair specialists. In 2009, they became the Director of Construction company SWOE LLC, overseeing construction and refurbishment projects across Ukraine.

In 2016, Andrii joined Binance as a Trader, where they gained expertise in the financial industry. In 2017, they ventured into entrepreneurship by participating in a hackathon, where their team won second place among 65 teams. Although the timing was not ideal to start the project, Andrii received micro-investments and payments from potential users.

From 2019 to 2021, Andrii served as a Co-Founder and Investor of Bank of Memories, a company they later became the COO and Co-Founder of in January 2022. This role involves strategic planning and management of the company's operations. Additionally, Andrii worked as a Tutor from 2021 onwards.

Throughout their career, Andrii has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, showcasing their skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, and project management.

Andrii Melanchik completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from Uman State University between the years 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineering Specialist Diploma in Mechanics from UATC from 1998 to 2002.
