Nidaa Mohi Eldeen ElKhalifa is an experienced professional in HR analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as an HR Analytics & Projects Officer at the Bank of Khartoum since December 2022. Before this role, Nidaa has worked at LCT as a Business Intelligence Specialist since July 2015, focusing on developing data warehouse and business intelligence systems to enhance business processes. Nidaa previously held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities included creating telecommunication models using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, as well as generating reports in Microsoft Excel 2013. Nidaa's career began with a training role at LCT Life Connection Technology in early 2015, gaining foundational knowledge in SQL Server. Nidaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Khartoum, completed between 2009 and 2014.
