Matallon Ayelet has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as OD and Training Manager at the Bank of Israel since April 2015. Prior to this role, Matallon was an Expert level HRBP at SAP Labs Israel from September 2005 to March 2015 and worked as a management consultant at the GR Institute for Organizational Development from March 2000 to May 2003. Matallon holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BA in Behavioral Science from the same institution.
