Leah McCabe is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in enhancing customer experiences through strategic research and project management. Currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at Bank of Ireland since June 2023, McCabe previously held the role of Senior User Researcher at Amazon from May 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included planning research roadmaps and leading impactful projects focused on customer feedback. Prior experience at Amazon also included serving as Project Manager and UX Research Project Manager, focusing on improving customer experiences through effective project execution and UX research methodologies. Early career achievements include developing psychometric assessments at Prometric and providing project management and client support at PHH Arval. McCabe holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
