Charlie Kouba has extensive experience in the banking industry. Charlie started their career in 2000 as a Commercial Loan Officer at Idaho Independent Bank, where they worked until 2011. During their time at Idaho Independent Bank, they also served as Vice President and Branch Manager from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, Charlie joined Bank Of Idaho as Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager.

Charlie Kouba attended Boise State University from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management.
