Esmeralda Perez is a finance professional with extensive experience in loan operations and commercial lending. Currently serving as a Loan Operations Specialist at Bank of Houston since January 2023, Esmeralda previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Independent Financial from May 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in the career, Esmeralda worked as a Mortgage Loan Closer and Loan Operations Specialist at Spirit of Texas Bank from July 2015 to May 2021.
