Joanne Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, change management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Strategy and Change at the Bank of England since June 2013, Joanne is responsible for defining the Bank's strategic narrative and overseeing cultural change initiatives. Joanne has also held roles as Head of Priorities and Resources and Chief Operating Officer for Technology at the Bank, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational management. In addition, Joanne serves as a Board Trustee for Fair Credit Charity, advocating for affordable credit solutions for lower-income families in the UK. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Ernst & Young and Towers Watson, focusing on people and organizational change. Joanne holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from University College Cork.
