Derek Otte has had a diverse work experience over the years. Derek started their career at Target in 2002 as an Executive Team Leader, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, Derek joined FirstBank as a Senior Vice President, overseeing retail operations and lending officers in the North Metro Denver area.
