Cynthia Tatman has over 20 years of experience in financial and regulatory reporting, holding progressive roles in various organizations. At the Bank of Bird-in-Hand since August 2019, Cynthia serves as Manager of Financial & Regulatory Reporting, previously fulfilling positions as Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Accountant at Union Community Bank from January 2013 to April 2019 and Division Accountant at Republic Services from September 2000 to December 2012. Cynthia earned a Bachelor's degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1993 and 1997.
