Colleen Laity has over 16 years of experience in the banking industry. Colleen started their career at Fleetwood Bank in 2004 as the AVP Deposit Administration Manager and held this role until 2020. In 2020, they joined Bank of Bird-in-Hand as the Regional Branch Administrator, VP and later became the Director of Retail Operations, VP in February 2023.

Colleen Laity earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Kutztown University. Colleen attended the university from 1986 to 1990.
