Robert Hepler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial operations and military leadership. Since July 2006, Robert has held the position of Senior Vice President at Bank of America, focusing on global payment operations and economic sanctions compliance. Prior to this role, Robert held various leadership positions within the Bank, including a significant management role in Enterprise Capital Management for US Basel readiness from 2009 to 2013. Robert served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, and recently led the Charlotte, NC Reserve Detachment. Robert's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and executive education in operations from both Purdue University and the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Penn State University.
