Natalie Tait is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and client services within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Singapore and APAC Talent Acquisition Executive at Bank of America since July 2016, Natalie leads talent acquisition strategy across the APAC region, focusing on various hiring processes. Prior to Bank of America, Natalie held multiple roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, including Global Head of Client Services for Investment Banking, directing talent acquisition for major clients like Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas across APAC and the US. Additional experience includes roles at Credit Suisse, ANZ, Hallis, and guest relations positions in both Whistler Blackcomb and AccorHotels. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Business in International Business - Asia from Queensland University of Technology.
