Matthew Sharnoff is a highly experienced finance professional serving as the Global Head of FinTech Investment Banking and Managing Director at Bank of America since 2005. Simultaneously, Matthew holds the position of Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch, where expertise is focused on the financial technology and payments sectors. Prior to these roles, Matthew executed mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and merchant banking assignments at Gleacher Partners. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford from 1996 to 2000.
