Lisa Gore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Bank of America since June 2005, currently serving as SVP, Head of Global Compensation Service Delivery, US Payroll and Global Mobility. Previous roles include SVP, U.S. Payroll Executive and SVP, CFO for Consumer and Wealth Management Operations, where responsibilities included managing financial accounting, analysis, and reporting for a $2 billion annual operating budget, as well as overseeing a $600 million business transformation initiative. Additionally, Gore served as SVP, CFO for Global Human Resources and as Vice President within various finance roles, focusing on financial management across multiple organizational functions. Prior experience includes positions at Wachovia Corp and T. Rowe Price. Gore holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
