Ammar Sayla is an accomplished finance and technology professional with extensive experience at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of IBOR transition and Market Data Lead, Ammar spearheads technology initiatives related to the IBOR transition and oversees the creation of a Global Market Data ADS. As Global Market Data Horizontal Lead at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsibilities include managing a global team in building a comprehensive Market Data infrastructure while retiring legacy systems across various business lines. Previous roles include Director of Global Cross Products Market Data Lead, Vice President of Curve Management, and various positions within the Middle Office and Trading Support. Ammar holds a Master’s degree in Systems Strategy, Management & Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois Chicago.
