El Ghali Lahlou has over 30 years of work experience. El Ghali is currently an Executive Director and Board Member at Pan African Solutions & Services since August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the IT & Telecom Master Plan Director at Bank of Africa starting from January 2017. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Program Director as an Independent consultant. From 2008 to 2014, they held various director positions at INWI, including Strategic Programs Director, Infrastructure and Deployment Director, Core Network, IN & VAS Director, and Network Operations & Maintenance Director. Before that, they worked at MMA Insurance as the IT Performance Programs Director and IT Production Director. El Ghali also served as the IT Manager at Gie Réunica and as the Managing Director at Top Log Maroc. El Ghali started their career as a Research Engineer at MINES ParisTech - Ecole des mines de Paris.

El Ghali LAHLOU completed their MIAGE degree in Information Technology & Business Administration at Université de Rennes I from 1986 to 1988. El Ghali then pursued a DEA degree in Geotechnics & Artificial Intelligence (Cursus théorique) at Mines Paris, from 1989 to 1990.
