Jeanette Loh is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at OCBC since February 2017, Jeanette has held various roles including HR Risk & Compliance, Team Lead for HR People Services, and Executive Resourcing Manager. Prior to this, Jeanette worked at HSBC from October 2013 to January 2016 as a Project Manager in HR and Recruitment Specialist. Jeanette's career at OCBC Bank spanned from December 2006 to October 2013, during which roles included Resourcing Manager and Customer Service Manager for Premier Banking. Earlier in their career, Jeanette had roles at HSBC and UOB, focusing on customer service and branch operations. Jeanette holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London, completing studies from 1997 to 2000.
