Ramona Lechner is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as a Digital Transformation Manager, Product Owner, and Project Manager at BTV Vier Länder Bank since January 2018. In this role, Ramona is responsible for planning and coordinating the digital roadmap, leading IT projects, and acting as a key internal and external partner for digital initiatives, along with conducting business analysis and requirements management for new products. Ramona has also held positions focused on online and mobile banking, where responsibilities included managing demand and quality assurance as well as acting as a liaison between IT and sales. Earlier experience includes working at Gemeindeamt Reith bei Seefeld in various capacities, overseeing building procedures and event management. Ramona holds a Master's degree in International Business & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
