Fabrian Oktavino Hardjasutanto is an experienced professional in product management, currently serving as the Head of Product Owner at Amar Bank since August 2018. In this role, Fabrian oversees a team of six Product Owners across three tribes: Growth, Retention, and Platform, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Responsibilities include opportunity discovery, product strategy development, cost management, and product performance monitoring. Prior to this, Fabrian held positions as Lead Product Owner and Senior Product Owner, focusing on business growth and product development efficiency. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Product Manager at etobee and as a Web Developer at Xtremax. Fabrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
