Abdiel Antonio Flores is a passionate technical leader with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Technical Leader at Banistmo since July 2020, where Abdiel is driving an automation project for accounting accounts using EPM Oracle Cloud and AWS. Abdiel also leads banking automation development utilizing Oracle Cloud and Python, and oversees ETL solution development for bank reconciliation, employing agile methodologies. In addition to current responsibilities at Banistmo, Abdiel serves as Principal CEO of X-smart-tech LLC since March 2023 and previously held roles as App Developer at Fitwave, Frontend Web Developer at Digital Prime International, and Back-end Developer at plugdo™, contributing to various web-based projects. Abdiel holds a degree in Electronic Commerce Management from Universidad de Panamá.
