Nicki Clarke Browne is a seasoned legal and business affairs professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Senior Legal and Business Affairs Executive at Banijay Rights since October 2020, Nicki previously held similar roles at Endemol Shine International from April 2015 to October 2020 and at Shine International for a brief period in 2014. Nicki began the career at HIT Entertainment Limited, where, as the Manager of Legal Affairs from October 2006 to November 2014, significant contributions were made within one of the world’s leading independent children’s entertainment producers, known for iconic properties such as Thomas & Friends and Bob the Builder.
