Francesca Caruso is an experienced entertainment professional currently serving as a Global Development Assistant Producer at Banijay since March 2021, with previous roles including Global Content Development Coordinator and Team Assistant. Francesca's earlier experience includes working as a Student Ambassador at Goldsmiths, University of London, and producing “Forbidden Fruit a Flavour Has” for the Camden Fringe Festival at ICNH Theatre Company, where Francesca also served as Project Manager and Exhibition Curator for the ICNH x Not Your Babe Campaign. Francesca's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Theatre and Performance from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, alongside participation in the National Youth Theatre's Senior Course from 2018 to 2023.
