Jessica Kam is a seasoned entertainment executive currently serving as EVP & Business Head at CreAsia Studio under Banijay Asia since January 2024, leading initiatives for Asian originals and format adaptations. Previously, Jessica held the position of Head of Content and Development for APAC at The Walt Disney Company from February 2021 to September 2023, and served as SVP of Original Production at HBO Asia from March 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing and executive-producing numerous original series. Jessica co-founded Les Petites Lumières Film Production, establishing its Beijing office, and held various leadership roles at Beijing Galloping Horse Film & TV Production, Celestial Pictures, and MTV Networks Asia. Jessica's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
