Md. Raju Ahmed has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resource Management & Development at the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center since November 2022, focusing on HRIS and ERP management. Previously, Raju worked at Surjer Hashi Network as Management Coordinator and Regional HR & Admin, where Md. Raju managed HRIS and personnel data maintenance. Raju also held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Transparency International Bangladesh, overseeing HRIS and attendance management. Earlier career roles included Senior Executive at Nitol-Niloy Group, where Raju advanced through various HR positions, beginning as an HR Officer. Raju's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management and an Advance Certificate in Business Administration from reputable institutions, along with a BBA in Human Resource Management.
