Jonas Glyager currently serves as the Sr Legal Business Partner and Head of Commercial at Bang & Olufsen, leading the legal sales team and overseeing all sales-related activities, including direct and indirect retail and B2B operations. Their responsibilities encompass M&A transactions, large strategic agreements, and corporate matters related to Bang & Olufsen's global distribution. Prior to this role, Jonas held various legal positions at Lundgrens, Deloitte, Abel & Skovgård Larsen, and Plesner, specializing in corporate commercial law, financing, and M&A. Jonas Glyager holds a Master’s degree in Law from Københavns Universitet and has additional education from The University of British Columbia.
