Jay Snodgrass has extensive experience in human resources, serving as the Director of Human Resources at Bane-Welker Equipment since April 2013. Prior to this role, Jay held the same position at The Mitchel Group, Inc. from August 2008 to April 2013, and at Ecological Systems, Inc. from March 1999 to August 2008. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental studies from IUPUI.
