Sebastien Couture is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in site reliability engineering and system architecture. Currently serving as Lead Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer at Bandwidth Inc. since July 2018, Sebastien specializes in implementing "Infrastructure as Code" principles for critical voice systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ubity Inc. as Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer, where Sebastien led the transformation to advanced unified communications functionalities, and as VoIP Architect, designing scalable cloud-based telephony solutions.
