Alex Hoffman has a diverse work experience in marketing and artist partnerships. Currently, they hold the role of SVP, Marketing & Artist Partnerships at Bandsintown Group since 2022. Prior to that, Hoffman was the Co-Founder & CMO of FORM Arcosanti starting from 2013. They also worked as a Content & Editorial Strategy at The Doe from 2020 to 2022 and as a Marketing Director for Intersect Festival at Production Club from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Hoffman served as a Project Lead in Marketing at OWSLA from 2016 to 2019 and as the Co-Founder & General Manager at Family Artists from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director of Artist Services at Grooveshark from 2010 to 2012, where they oversaw team growth, sales, and operations, managed music strategy and business development, and led brand campaigns.

Alex Hoffman received a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida in 2010. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they obtained in 2011. In 2010, Alex briefly attended the Universidad de Antonio Nebrija, where they studied International Relations and Affairs, as well as Spanish.
