Rebecca Southgate is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort since July 2022, Rebecca has also held several key positions at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants since August 2007, including Human Resources Consultant, Director of Training, Manager of Training & Development, and Corporate Trainer. Additionally, Rebecca served as a Human Resources Consultant at Houndstooth Saloon from October 2020 to May 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership with a focus on HR Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona (2003-2007).
