Sumit SS Agrawal has over 17 years of experience in the finance industry, currently serving as a Fund Manager for Equities at Bandhan Mutual Fund since October 2016, managing large cap and financial services strategies with a proven track record of scaling fund management and delivering performance. Prior to Bandhan Mutual Fund, Sumit co-managed the flagship Mirae Asset India Opportunities Fund and other funds at Mirae Asset Global Investments from November 2010 to October 2016. Earlier roles include serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Axis Capital Ltd., where Sumit authored a comprehensive life insurance sector report, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at JP Morgan. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor of Commerce along with an Associate Company Secretary qualification from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, respectively.
