Moi Serrano is an experienced professional in information security and technology management, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Advisor at Banco de Desarrollo Econ贸mico y Social de Venezuela since February 2015. In this role, Moi evaluates technological vulnerabilities and develops strategic and operational plans for information security compliance. Previously, Moi worked at the MPPRE Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores de Venezuela as a Telecommunications Engineer and VoIP Consultant, focusing on technological innovation in mobile communications. Moi also served as a Facilitator and Head of Computer Science at IUTJAA, overseeing curriculum updates and evaluations in the field. Educational credentials include an MBA in Internet Business Management from IEBS and several diplomas and specialist degrees in telecommunications and applied informatics.
