Steve Galante is a seasoned product engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Engineer at BAND-IT IDEX, Steve co-founded Product Evolutions, LLC, where significant contributions include the development and patenting of the Big Squeeze®, an ergonomic tube squeezer benefiting the art and hair salon industries. Previous roles include Product Manager at Prescient Co. and TruStile Doors, where responsibilities involved enhancing product competitiveness and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hunter Douglas, award-winning product launches were achieved through a blend of engineering expertise and customer insight. Early career experiences at Forum Mortgage, Spectra Logic, and PAMCO Stewart & Stevenson equipped Steve with a diverse skill set, ultimately grounded in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
